Shipping Policy

WITHIN THE US: If items are in stock, they'll be shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If items are not in stock, order fulfillment could take 4 - 6 weeks. Contact me if you have questions or concerns.


All items are shipped USPS  and include tracking and delivery confirmation (2-5 days shipping time). 

INTERNATIONAL: At this time, I am not shipping outside the US. It's a bummer, I know. I'm sorry EU folks! Dealing with VAT has proven to be too cost prohibitive for my tiny home based business. Feel free to contact me with questions. 

LOSS/DAMAGE: Ellie Bean Dreams is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipment.

WHEN? It will depend on the item ordered. Most items listed are in stock and I'll get them on their way to you within 1 - 2 business days. From there, the USPS usually takes between 2 - 4 days, depending on where you live, to get your package to your door. Message me if you've got questions! 

ADDRESS: I will ship to the address you provide in your order. If you want your item shipped to a different address, please contact me before making your purchase.

Please contact me if you have any special shipping requests (like adding a note or gift wrapping at item)!

Pick Up Service

Do you live in Kansas City area? Or, are you going to be at the same pop culture convention I am? I'm happy to arrange a quick meeting with you so you can pick up your purchase. Contact me to make arrangements before making your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your item, you can return it to me for exchange or for store credit. 

I gladly accept returns under the following conditions: 

1. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

2. Ship item back within: 30 days of delivery, and at your expense. 

3. Item is in excellent condition upon return. 

Items returned outside the 30 days from initial delivery may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I'll do whatever I can to make things right for you. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads


Returns and exchange details

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Please message me if you have a problem with your custom order, and I'll do what I can to find a solution.

In the case of a return, please reuse the shipping envelope that I sent you if you still have it and include the invoice. Please message me for a return address.
